Step:1 Assess yourself using current strength and your level of experience with previous types of training

Step: 2 Practice Lifts

Step 3: Root the squat centrally within most of your lower body workouts

Step: 4 Acquire lifting technique in a safe and effective manner.

Step:5 Correctly exercise explosive and poly metric training varying and relative amount to the heavier strength training

Step:6 Speed and strength is all on a continuum, and the good thing is it is ready to be manipulated for anyone ready to put the work in.

Step: 7 Emphasis on the heavier weights should fade as you progress through the phases.

Step:8 Visualize by closing your eyes, imagining yourself exploding upwards.

Step:9 Swing your arms up forcefully Before jumping, keep your arms extended and high.

Step:10 Try out this workout method if you have 10 pound weights or more:Stand on a stair or a curb with your toes.Push up with your heels then take the weights and do 10 high jumps. You could also stand on one leg and do squats. Jump off from your toes. This helps because you won't get any power from your muscles when relying on the whole foot.
